Beth Angus Baumstark
Becky Osborn's legal career began in 2000 in Bismarck, ND when she was offered a job with a local law firm specializing in estate planning, business law, real estate, banking, finance, and contracts. When that firm downsized, she moved to a firm in Mandan that specialized in Family Law and worked there for several years. With her kids active in activities, Becky opted for a position in Bismarck and began working in the area of personal injury. She has also worked for the State of North Dakota - Workforce Safety & Insurance, where she specialized in administrative law. Becky wanted to get back into private practice and joined Baumstark Braaten Law Partners in December, 2014.
Becky obtained her certification as a certified paralegal from the National Association of Legal Assistants/Paralegals in 2006; certification as an advanced certified paralegal in Discovery in 2010 and in Workers' Compensation in 2011. Becky has a bachelor's of science degree. Becky is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants/Paralegals (NALA), and continues to further her legal education by attending seminars and taking online courses.
Becky and her husband, Charlie, reside in Bismarck. They have three children. She and her family enjoy attending live sporting events, especially the Minnesota Vikings and Minnesota Twins, camping, fishing, and hunting. Becky also enjoys decorating, reading, and gardening.
Becky brings expertise in the areas of litigation, estate planning/probate, business law, and administrative law to the firm.
