Lindsey is a North Dakota native who received her Bachelor of Science Summa Cum Laude from North Dakota State University in 2006 in Criminal Justice and Political Science. She continued on to receive her Juris Doctor Cum Laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2010. While in law school, Lindsey was a member of the National Moot Court and T.O.R.T. (Theatre of the Relatively Talentless), participated in the Misdemeanor Prosecution Clinic, and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Tanya Bransford. She returned to North Dakota with her husband Shawn, a native of New England, North Dakota, and daughter Reagan in August of 2010 to join the firm. Lindsey was raised on a ranch near Grassy Butte, North Dakota and enjoys working with farmers and ranchers once again.

Practice Focus and Bar Admissions
Lindsey's practice focuses on oil and gas law, agricultural law, and employment law. She is licensed to practice in North Dakota and Minnesota. Lindsey is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in North Dakota.
